Helping you build your confidence and ability to trust others

Relationships can be really hard sometimes, acknowledging that is an important part of healing. You might feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, guilt, and fear of abandonment.

You might be constantly prioritizing others’ needs over your own, feeling guilty or anxious whenever you try to set a boundary. Or perhaps you’re struggling to make decisions without seeking reassurance, fearing that choosing yourself will lead to conflict or rejection.

Relationships are overwhelming at times and right now might be one of those times. Emotionally exhausted? That makes sense with how challenging things can be.

Do You Feel Insecure, Angry, Ashamed?

Do any of the following resonate with you?

Relationships feel overwhelming, leaving you emotionally drained and unsure how to set boundaries.

You second-guess yourself, questioning whether your needs in a relationship are valid.

You fear rejection, feeling stuck in cycles of ghosting, uncertainty, and emotional ups and downs.

Self-expression feels hard, whether in dating, family dynamics, or everyday conversations.

Guilt and pressure hold you back, making it difficult to trust your own choices.

If these sound true for you, I want you to know that you're not "crazy." And even though you might feel alone in your struggle, what you are going through is common and it's okay to ask for help. You don’t have to keep putting yourself last, caring for everyone else before you take care of yourself.

How Relationship Therapy For Individuals Works

Relationship therapy consists of 55-minute, one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns. In addition to listening, I will provide guidance based on my experience and I will help you understand and shift unhealthy attachment patterns while teaching somatic tools to regulate emotions and build self-trust. I play an active role.

Here’s how it will work step-by-step:

01

First, I provide a safe, accepting space where you can openly share your struggles without fear of judgment, creating the secure foundation necessary for healing.

02

As I listen to your story, we’ll begin to understand the patterns that contribute to feelings of anxiety and overwhelm.

03

We’ll start by addressing your immediate concerns, such as managing difficult emotions and navigating challenging life situations.

04

Together, we’ll explore your attachment patterns and relationship history to understand how they shape your current experiences, while also clarifying what you want in therapy and life.

05

With your unique goals in mind, we’ll use body-based, somatic techniques and attachment-based strategies to help you build self-trust, set healthy boundaries, and develop emotional resilience.

06

Over time, you’ll begin to feel more secure in yourself and your relationships, gaining the confidence to connect with others while staying true to your needs.

Research shows that relationship therapy can positively change your thinking, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors. It can help you let go of what’s holding you back.
